His experience includes public and private real estate finance for both affordable and market-rate developments, providing advisory services across the Woodborn organization and its affiliates.

Christopher is an advocate for the economic development of underserved communities and is passionate about the intersection between affordable healthcare and affordable housing.

Christopher is a 1995 graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor's in Corporate Finance and a 1999 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Master’s of Business Administration in Finance & Real Estate. He resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife Maria and their dogs Moe and Drum.
