Built in 1890, The Rummel at Old West End is a former Mansion located in Toledo in The Old West End, a neighborhood which contains one of the largest collections of late Victorian houses left standing in the United States. In the 1950's, it was converted to a nursing home and hasn't been inhabited in over 20 years. Currently under development, it is a 9 unit market-rate residential development consisting of studios, one, two and four bedroom apartments. It also has over 11k square feet and six on-site off-street parking spaces.
